Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania (SAT) nvites qualified and experienced Trainer(s)/Consultants to design and deliver a five-day Leadership and Institutional Management Training for Principals and senior management staff from Agricultural Training Institutes (ATIs) and Livestock Training Agencies (LITAs) in Tanzania. The assignment is implemented under the CISTI Project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) and the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries (MLF), with support from Liechtenstein Development Services (LED).

The Training Assignment

The training will be conducted from 16th – 20th March 2026 under the CISTI Project.

The objective of the assignment is to strengthen leadership effectiveness and institutional management capacity within ATIs and LITAs. The training will aim to:

· Promote people-centred, values-driven, and emotionally intelligent leadership

· Strengthen institutional governance, accountability, and professionalis

· Enhance communication, teamwork, and conflict management skill

· Foster positive organizational culture and staff well-bein

· Strengthen capacity to lead change aligned with sector policies and institutional mandates

· Encourage reflective leadership and continuous institutional improvement

The selected Trainer(s) will design and deliver participatory, learner-centred, and experiential sessions, including practical case studies, leadership problem-solving exercises, and real-life institutional scenarios.

Expertise Required

· Leadership development and executive training

· Organizational development and institutional capacity building

· Change management and governance strengthening

· Communication, team leadership, and conflict management training

Experience working with public institutions and training agencies in Tanzania will be an added advantage.
