Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania (SAT) is a grassroots organization that provides education and research on eco-friendly farming methods, aiming to foster food security, ecological balance, and sustainable development in Tanzania. Find more about us at We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join our dedicated team. This role involves carrying out administrative tasks, managing our fleet, and overseeing the warehouse.


  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing files, handling correspondence, and updating internal databases.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the organization.
  • Oversee and manage the organization's fleet, including maintenance scheduling, licensing, and registration.
  • Manage warehouse operations to ensure inventory is maintained accurately, and goods are stored correctly and safely.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Provenexperience in an administrative role.
  • Experience infleet management and warehouse operations.
  • Excellentorganizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge ofoffice management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
