The objective of this course is to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively process and add value to agricultural products. By the end of the program, you will be able to produce high-quality processed foods, enhance their marketability, and meet the demands of consumers.

The course combines theoretical sessions with practical demonstrations to provide a comprehensive learning experience. You will have hands-on training in various food processing techniques and value addition methods. The training will take place at our Farmer Training Centre (FTC) in Vianzi, Mvomero District, Morogoro. Accommodation, meals, and training materials are provided during the course.
