Cultivating your fields and protecting the environment at the same time? Yes, this is possible. With the help of Conservation Agriculture, these two aspects do not have to be mutually exclusive. Conservation Agriculture combines farming and soil management techniques that protect the soil from erosion and degradation, improve its quality and biodiversity, and contribute to the preservation of natural resources, water, and air while optimizing yields.
The course includes a combination of classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and field visits to successful Conservation Agriculture farms. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with experienced farmers and learn from their practical experiences. The training will be conducted at our Farmer Training Centre (FTC) in Vianzi, Mvomero District, Morogoro.
